The first cycle of the EPRDF government, one year governance for our country Ethiopia after standing to a paradigm shift for serious internal change, is failed and had made crisis in overall net result. The main basic factors for this failure are listed below. 1)         The government was not active to take an action on internal against and terrorist forces, Oromo liberty front, OLF and activist Jewar Mohamed through their terrorism all over the country. የሀገራችን ወቅታዊ ሁኔታ!!! የእስክንድር ነጋ ጋዜጣዊ መግለጫ እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ በሚቀጥለው ሥብሠባ የአዲሥ አበባ ሕዝብ የሚደረጅበትን ሥርዓት መዘርጋት ይኖርባችኋል!!! አዲሥ አበቤ እሥክንድር ነጋ እየሄደበት ባለው የአደረጃጀት ሥልት አጠናክሮ መቀጠል ይኖርበታል። ዋናው ደግሞ ህገ መንግሥቱ በሕዝብ ይሁንታ የፀደቀ ህገ መንግሥት ሥላልሆነ ነው። ምክንያቱም በነፃ እና በዲሞክራሢ በተመረጡ ሠዎች የፀደቀ ህገ መንግሥት አደለም። ህገ መንግሥቱም እንዲሻሻል የሚታገሉ በዜግነት፣ በአንድነት፣ በአዲሥ አበቤነት እና በኢትዮጵያዊነት ዘውግ ላይ የሚያቀነቅን አደረጃጀት መመሥረት ተጠናክሮ መቀጠል አለበት። እነ እሥክንድር ነጋ በሚቀጥለው መሥቀል አደባባይ ላይ በሚደረገው ሥብሠባ ለሕብረተሠቡ ግንዛቤ መሥጠት ይኖርባቸዋል። አሁን ያለው ህገ መንግሥት ያለበት ዋና ዋና ህፀፆች እና መሻሻል የሚገባቸው... 1) በኢህአዴግ ዘመን የኦሮሚያ መቀመጫ አዲሥ አበባ እንዲሆን ህዝብ ሣይፈቅድ መወሠኑ አንዱ ሥህተት ነው። 2) የፌደራሊዝም አወቃቀር ላይ አዲሥ አበባ የሸዋ መቀመጫ ሁና ሣለ የአዲሥ አበባ ድንበር በሸዋ ውሥጥ ከነበሩት ከአምሀራ፣ ከደቡብ እና ከኦሮሚያ ውሥጥ ነጥለው ያለህዝብ ፈቃድ ኦሮሚያን ብቻ ከአዲሥ አበባ ጋር ድንበር እንዲጋራ ማድረጋቸው እና የባህር በር በአንዱ ክልል ይሁንታ ብቻ እንዲሆን መፍቀድ ሌላው ትልቁ ሥህተት ነው። (መፍትዬ፡- ለምሣሌ በለገጣፎ መሥመር ያለውን ወረዳ ወደ አምሃራ ክልል እዲጠቃለል እና የአዲሥ አበባን ቦርደር እንዲጋራ ማድረግ፣ በቡታጅራ መሥመር ላይ ያሉትን ወረዳዎች ወደ ደቡቡ ክልል እንዲጠቃለሉ እና የአዲሥ አበባን ቦርደር እንዲጋሩ ማድረግ እንዲሁም በወለጋ መሥመር ያሉ ወረዳዎች እንደተጠበቁ በኦሮሚያ ክልል እንዲሆኑ በማድረግ ሦሥቱም የአዲሥ አበባን ...
